Last weekend's launch was a sell-out for Ballymore's smart College Square development in Terenure, D6, left, to the delight of joint agents Bohan Property Consultants and Hamilton Osborne King, who have now sold around 50 three, four and five-bedroom houses in the development.
The prime location off Wainsfort Road undoubtedly helped sales, but the flair that Ballymore bring to their sites is always a strong selling plus. Showhouses designed by London firm Carter Tyberghein will have clinched many a deal.
Four and five-bedroom houses can still be snapped up at College Square from €1.25 million.
