The blue cross sale continues at House of Fraser (01-2991400 houseoffraser.co.uk) in the Dundrum Town Centre. Its Linea Simplicity tableware in rose is reduced by 30 per cent.

The cereal bowl was €7.50 and is now €5.25; the matching dinner plate was €10 and is now €7; the accompanying side plate is down from €8.50 to €5.95. A teacup and saucer set was €10 and is now €7. A 16-piece set in a second Linea range, Blossom, is reduced by 50 per cent from €140.40 to €70.20. The individual pieces in that collection are reduced by 30 per cent. Pacific, another Linea line, is also reduced by 30 per cent. Teacup and saucer sets are down from €7 to €4.90; bowls that were €6 are €4.20 and mugs are down from €5 to €3.50. It comes in indigo stripes, dots and trim.

Those in the market for a new dining or kitchen table might like to take a look at their painted French style Shabby Chic furniture range Willow. A pedestal-leg round dining table is reduced by 20 per cent from €1,219 to €969. The matching woven back balloon-style chairs are down from €349 to €274 each. And a handkerchief-edged vase in purple is reduced from €42 to €21.50. The sale ends on September 27th.
