Dermalogica Age Reversal Eye Complex This eye cream really works wonders. It plumps up the eye area and reduces dark circles and wrinkles. It’s the only one that works for me. I started using eye cream when I turned 40 and have used it religiously since.

Kérastase Nutritive Bain Satin and Lait Vital Kérastase products are a real treat. Using them feels like being in the salon, from the lovely perfume to the silky feel. I really think it’s worth spending money on high quality hair products. Cheaper supermarket brands put very little money into research and so theyre not of the same standard.

Yon-ka Phyto Bain We recently began stocking the Yon-ka body range in Mizu and the Phyto Bain bath concentrate is definitely my favourite product. It smells amazing and is so invigorating. As it has essential oils and plant extracts it even soothes body aches and promotes better circulation. I use it all the time now and my skin feels great.

Microdermabrasion I have microdermabrasion done every six weeks. It’s a really deep exfoliation which you can’t achieve with just skincare products. The little crystals remove all the grey, dead skin cells on the surface of my face. My skin feels lovely, plump and fresh when I put on my make-up. It really wakens up the skin.

Green gauge

The current trend for all things military has seen a big resurgence in green as an accent colour for eyes. It’s a winning choice if you are bored with brown as it has the advantage of being as easy to wear.

WET AND DRYYSL No 10 Pure Chromatics €56 An elegant palette of ochre and greens with a glide-on texture. Use dry for a subtle daytime look or wet the applicator for more impact at night.

DRAW THE LINEMAC Pearlglide Eyelining pencil in Undercurrent €17.50 Rich colour with a touch of shimmer and sparkle. The creamy formula gives a perfectly intense line, but it is soft enough to blend and dries to a smudge-proof finish.

GEL SET Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner in Forest Shimmer €20 These liners are the business (they consistently top beauty award lists) and come in a great range of shades, including this dark green with a hint of gold. Apply with lining brush for perfect result.

EASY-PEASY Clinique Lid Smoothie in Cute-cumber €20 Creamy and crease-resistant, a slick of this eye colour leaves a film of colour on eyelids that can be built up for greater impact.
