WHAT the organisers describe as "a good antique furniture auction" will be held at Upper Court Manor in Freshford, Co Kilkenny, next Wednesday evening, starting at 7 p.m. No estimates have been given for the substantial range of lots, which include a Regency mahogany dining table, a Regency brass grilled door bookcase, a Regency sofa table, a Victorian walnut dumbwaiter, a William IV wardrobe, a Regency mahogany linen cupboard, a Georgian mahogany inlaid commode chest and a set of 12 Hepplewhite Edwardian dining chairs.
