Thursday: through the Cuilcagh Mountains to Jampa Ling Tibetan Buddhist Centre at Bawnboy, Co Cavan.
Friday: through rural Leitrim to Aghacashel's Mountain Tavern.
Saturday: rituals at the Poor Clare convent in Drumshanbo; a chance to wash off in one of Leitrim's old sweat houses; then on to Keadue.
