Not so Miserable

The well-known and well-loved Irish actors, John Kavanagh and Anita Reeves, have been signed up to play Thenardier and his wife, a comic duo, in the Dublin production of Les Miserables at the Point. The adoptive parents of Cosette, they will play the parts as a comic turn. This brings the number of Irish principals in the show to five - out of a total of seven. Colm Wilkinson, as well as Peter Corry and Alex Sharpe, are already in the show, which opens on February 16th.
