Hero of the week is Adele. She dropped new single Hello last week , and tweeted about what was coming next: "If I had to label this one I would call it a make-up record. I'm making up with myself. Poor Sam Smith has been fighting negative body image issues, he's told NME. "I still feel pressured to look a certain way. For women, the pressure in this industry is horrendous and it's got to stop. But it's the same for guys, even though they won't speak about it.
