A short court report in yesterday's editions stated wrongly that Judge Terence Finn had remanded Mr Christopher Kinehan in custody with consent to bail. In fact Judge Finn remanded him in custody and refused an application for bail.
A High Court report in yesterday's editions gave the address of the defendant, Mr Paul Ward, as Windmill Road, Clondalkin. This should have been Windmill Road, Crumlin.
