With more than 450 film scores to his credit, Ennio Morricone is embarking on a world tour that will take in two London concerts at the Hammersmith Apollo on July 19th and 20th. Morricone will conduct the Gyor Philharmonic Orchestra on a selection from his vast repertoire, including The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Cinema Paradiso, The Mission and The Untouchables. Now 77, Morricone recently completed his score for the new movie from Cinema Paradiso director Giuseppe Tornatore, La Sconoscuita (The Unknown).
