Former investment broker Mr Tony Taylor, who is charged with fraud offences, was again remanded in custody yesterday by Dublin District Court. Mr Taylor (52), who was extradited from Britain, is accused of 15 charges of forgery and obtaining money from clients of his former Dublin investment business under false pretences.
State solicitor, Ms Clare Galligan, said work was continuing on the book of evidence and it may be ready in two weeks. Judge Miriam Malone remanded him in custody to March 7th and extended time for service of the book of evidence.
