Tesco buys NI Co-op Superstore

Tesco has bought the Northern Ireland Co-op Superstore at Yorkgate in Belfast for around £8 million sterling . The store's 50 employees will be transferred to Tesco, which said it planned to carry out a major refurbishment of the eight-year-old premises.
