Zevas Communications, a provider of outsourced customer support, is to create 40 jobs in Cork and Dublin.

The company delivers customer sales and support services on behalf of global brands including Google and PayPal.

Telesales capabilities

Zevas chief operating officer John O’Sullivan said the telesales roles will require a mix of English-speaking and multilingual customer-service capabilities.

“While we’re offering 40 jobs for now, I expect this to be just the start of our ongoing recruitment with ambitious plans to treble our employee numbers by 2019,” he added.

Headquartered in Cork, with offices in Dublin, Hamburg and Moscow, the company will increase its overall staff numbers from 145 to 185.
