Healthwise, it measures your respiration rate, stress levels, energy , sleep and blood oxygen, with alerts for abnormal heart rates. It also comes with a touchscreen colour display, and the solar option has boosted the surface area from the Fenix 6 solar version, so you can keep going for longer between charges.
