SmartForce, the Irish-founded computer based training company formerly known as CBT Systems, has been ranked the world's largest e-learning company by research group, International Data Corporation (IDC). According to IDC, SmartForce's market growth in 1999 was more than double the average growth of the other nine companies on IDC's top 10 list.
