Ryanair has criticised the direction by the Minister for Public Enterprise, Ms O'Rourke, to the Aviation Regulator to take into account the Government's regional development policy when drawing up his final proposals for airport charges. Mr Michael O'Leary, chief executive of Ryanair, yesterday accused the Minister of failing to foster low cost access to Ireland.
