A report on rights for elderly people in last week's Business This Week 2 incorrectly stated that the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform had drawn up a declaration on the subject. In fact, the rights listed were contained in a report from the People's College in Dublin in association with the National Association of Widows advocating rights for the elderly, which has been submitted to various Government departments for consideration, including Justice.
