Public service pay review appointments

Mr Noel O'Neill of the Labour Court and Prof Brian Hillery of UCD have been appointed to the Review Body on Higher Remuneration in the Public Service. The body, of which Mr Michael Buckley is chairman, will commence a general review of pay levels for higher public servants, members of the judiciary and of the Oireachtas in the new year.
