Time of getting up: 6.30 a.m. for swim or 7.30 a.m. when it's my turn to do the school run.

Form of exercise: Swimming, the garden and outpacing the three boys!
Holidays: Portugal in May, Donegal in August and the odd break in between.

Worst thing about travel: Delays, airline food and Aer Rianta car-park charges.
Favourite bank: Yet to be really impressed, but look forward to new retail initiatives which are truly innovative.
