ICC Bank chairman Phil Flynn put a value of more than £100 million on the State owned bank. That price tag may be a tad ambitious but the reaction of one rival banker was a bit churlish when he remarked: "That was 100 million lira, wasn't it?" He was jealous no doubt of ICC's solid results for the year to the end of October.
