Groupe Bull takeover talks

Groupe Bull, the French parent company of the Irish IT firm Cara, is understood to have opened talks with a prospective buyer for the company.

Although the identity of the prospective buyer is unknown, industry sources have suggested that Northern Ireland's Viridian Group is a possible candidate.
