FAS considers strategic review

The board of F┴S yesterday considered a draft of a strategic review, which will become the blueprint for a more flexible response from the authority to its changing role in training and employment.

The establishment of measurable targets, greater all-round flexibility and a strong emphasis on staff training are among the main options under review. The document encompasses a series of key strategies as well as the results of staff surveys.
