IN another set of private company accounts lodged with the Companies Registration Office, building contractors and property developers G&T Crampton has reported 1995 pre tax profits of £601,000 - down from just over £1 million the previous year. The previous year's figures, however, included a £888,000 profit on the sale of property. Turnover in 1995 totalled £35.5 million compared to £22.8 million the previous year.

The company's 60 shareholders had to be content with total dividends of £51,000 for the year compared to a £374,000 payout the previous year.
