Recruiter Noel takes Reed site

Noel Recruitment (Ireland) Ltd has taken a long lease of the former Reed Recruitment premises at 47 Dawson Street, Dublin 2.

The building, only two doors from South Anne Street, extends to 238sq m (2,565sq ft) over five levels.

The company has been in business for almost 25 years and supplies hospitality, industrial and healthcare staff to many organisations.

Hugh Markey of Lisney who handled the letting had been quoting a rent of €80,000 per annum.

He did not disclose the newly agreed terms.
