The first Argos superstore in Belfast is to open in the refurbished Ross's Court shopping centre on Monday. Dunloe Ewart secured Argos as the key tenant. The 50,000 sq ft store replaces smaller individual units that occupied Ross's Court until 18 months ago. Ewart chief executive Mr Barry Gilligan told The Irish Times the annual rental income would be £350,000 sterling, rising to £400,000 in year five.
