Ailesbury sells 12% of nursing home group to private investors

Ailesbury Corporate Finance, a company controlled by Mr Cormac Crawford, has placed 12 per cent of the equity in its nursing homes subsidiary with private investors for a consideration of £1 million. First Citizen is in the first phase of the construction and management of 20 active retirement care centres throughout Ireland.

The programme is expected to take three to five years to complete.
