All-Ireland MFC quarter-finals/ Tyrone 2-15; Roscommon 0-2: Tyrone were always in control at Breffni Park on Saturday against Roscommon, who were given little opportunity to shine against the Ulster side.
Tyrone led by 1-7 to 0-1 at half-time, the goal coming from Colm Cavanagh, brother of senior player Seán, four minutes into first-half injury-time.
Roscommon made changes for the second half but it made no difference and when Cavanagh scored a second goal, five minutes into the half, there was no way back for Roscommon.
