As expected Tipperary had an emphatic victory over Kerry at Ballyheigue in the Munster championship last evening, although despite the score Kerry performed bravely.

Tipperary were much slicker up front and were 2-5 in front at the end of the first quarter, Declan Brown and Michael Kennedy getting their goals.
