Munster Club FC Semi-final: Kilmurry-Ibrickane earned the right to compete in the Munster final following a deserved five-point victory over Kerry representatives Milltown-Castlemaine in Quilty yesterday.

The west Clare side enjoyed a strong wind advantage in the first half which helped them to a 2-4 to 0-2 lead at the interval with Enda Coughlan and Shane Hickey scoring the goals.

Despite Milltown having the wind on their backs in the second half, Odran O'Dwyer was the first to score after the turn. This was, however, the home side's last point for 24 minutes as the Kerry men started to reduce the deficit.

Derek Twiss landed a free in the 36th minute and his effort was followed by scores from Gavin Wren, Donal Kelliher, Ian Twiss and Fergus Murphy.
