All-Ireland JFC Final: Leitrim's hopes of a first All-Ireland junior football title are still alive after a thrilling rally secured a draw against Waterford at Thurles on Saturday.

Waterford led 0-7 to 0-6 at half-time and got a crucial break inside a minute of resuming when Jacko Kiely broke through for a goal.

With 10 minutes to play they were five points ahead. Substitute Gavin McWeeney started the Leitrim comeback with a point in the 21th minute.

Four minutes later Ollie Maguire forced the ball home in a goalmouth scramble and then he set up Damian O' Donnell for the leveller. Leitrim's second chance was due largely to the efforts of Ollie Maguire, Barry Butler, John Cullen, James Holohan and Ollie McBride.
