Cork’s attack too powerful for Tipperary
Brian Cuthbert accommodates some forwards in defence

Say this much for Brian Cuthbert, he does like to get as many of his attacking players into a team as he can. The one thing obvious during the league was that Cork were coming down with decent forwards. Cuthbert’s solution to how they were all going to find a spot has been to name a few of them in defence.
We though the Paddy Kelly experiment at centre back came too near the end of the league for it to be a serious proposition but apparently not. Considering that he has left Aidan Walsh, Damien Cahalane and Eoin Cadogan to the side, this is a very strong looking Cork team.
Tipperary have some very decent forwards themselves, especially inside. But Cork’s scoring power is just too much here.
