Tracker mortgage scandal
Sir, – Lost lives, ruined lives.
The activity that brought about this scandal must be exposed and punished, not only by corporate fines but by the identification and prosecution of those in the various banks who instituted and colluded in it.
Any Government and legal system that allows such behaviour to go unpunished is as guilty as the perpetrators. – Yours, etc,

Sir, – In a concerted move, the banks concocted unified measures aimed at forcing people to come off their tracker mortgages.
That sounds like a racket.
