Sir, – In your online competition “Modern Ireland in 100 Artworks” (June 6th), you describe books with their authors, and not their publishing houses. You describe paintings alongside their artists and not their auction houses. So why in the case of the Sam Maguire Cup did you ascribe it to the shop that sold it but fail to give the name of the silversmith, Matthew J Staunton, who designed it and made it by hand? – Yours, etc,
