Sir, – Allow me to join the chorus of those who are allergic to the term “passed away” and the other saccharine euphemisms in current use to describe a natural event and for which there is a perfectly good verb – to die.
Will there now be a euphemism for the process of being born – “passing in” perhaps? – Yours, etc,
