Madam, - Like George Reynolds (July 11th), I feel strongly about elected representatives using your Letters page to "have a go" at each other to try to boost their political egos or even, as in Cllr Mary Freehill's case last week, to highlight the plight of their lost luggage!
Might I suggest that they give the rest of us a break and reserve their issues for discussion in the Dáil bar? - Yours, etc,
