Madam, – Your recent feature on Fr Ariel Ruiz’s work to bring hope to Colombia’s poorest children touched a cord with us here in Holy Cross Parish in Dundrum, Dublin. Karen Coleman outlined their situation very movingly.
Tomorrow, we are holding a gala concert in our church at 3.30pm to aid poor children in Colombia and also in Haiti. Taking part are Geraldine O’Grady, Finghin Collins, Celine Byrne, Geraldine O’Doherty and Dearbhla Brosnan. The concert will be presented by Des Keogh. Tickets available at the church door.
