Viscount De Villiers opposes free trade, whilst Mr Ganley worries about EU protectionism restricting free trade.

In fairness, they do all agree that they want to replace the Lisbon Treaty, presumably with some sort of treaty that manages to be both for and against tackling climate change, for and against European defence, and in favour of some eye-boggling version of free-trade protectionism.
