Sir, – Thearticle "Campaign planned to tackle dog fouling" (November 26th) had me searching for the calendar to see if it was April 1st.
Talking lamp-posts? Really. What will Dublin City Council think of next?
Will the lamp-posts speak to the dogs or to their owners? What exactly will they say? Will they speak in English or in woof-woofs?
When it comes to common sense, I think Dublin City Council’s bark is worse than its bite.
