Sir, – Reading Pat McGrath’s description of the RTÉ mast as an ugly monstrosity, I was reminded of the many occasions in the early 1990s when passing it I’d tell my kids, “Oh look, we’re in Paris.” Even to this day, passing it they regularly say “Oh, look Dad, we’re in Paris.” – Yours, etc,
