Harare - Zimbabwean police said yesterday they might prosecute the opposition leader, Mr Morgan Tsvangirai, for threatening President Robert Mugabe.

A police spokesman said a speech Mr Tsvangirai made on Saturday was being examined. Mr Tsvangirai said in the speech: "What we would like to tell Mugabe today is, please go peacefully. If you don't want to go peacefully, we will remove you violently."
