A Moscow court jailed the former security chief of oil major Yukos , Alexei Pichugin, for 20 years on Wednesday after a jury convicted him of murder, his lawyer said.
The news came a day after prosecutors called on another Moscow court to sentence Yukos's former CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky to a maximum 10-year jail sentence for tax evasion and fraud.
