The drivers of two cars were killed when their vehicles were involved in a head-on collision in Leitrim last night.
The crash happened at around 11 p.m. last night on the road from Carrick-on-Shannon and Leitrim town, a garda spokesman said.
The victims have been named as Shirley Regan, 32, from Keadue, Co Roscommon, and 19-year-old German national, Patrick Stermer.
