Jersey European Airways is changing its name to British European and has a special fare to Jersey to celebrate. The cost is £28 sterling each way, which works out at about IR£70 including taxes. Topflight has reduced the cost of some holidays to Italy and Austria. A week in Sorrento, half-board for £499, a week in St Johann, half-board for £389 and in Kitzbuhel for £399. On June 17th and 24th, flights only to Rome for £179, Munich £149 and Jersey for £99.

Aer Arann has begun a daily service from Dublin to Derry. Fares will range from £89 to £112. This is the third new route in four months from Aer Arann. Cork and Galway from Dublin are already operational.
Here is a new route to New York. From June 23rd, Air Malta will fly from Shannon to New York on Mondays and Fridays. The service will depart at 6 p.m. Prices begin at £299 in June and have to be booked and paid for by the 15th. Otherwise, fares will be £389. Reservations on 01-8556677.
Every Saturday and Tuesday during the summer Stena Line has day trips to Cheshire Oaks, Europe's largest designer outlet village. Every Thursday there is a trip to Valley Market, with over 100 stalls.
