Three held over Belfast stabbing

Three teenagers were arrested last night following an attack in Belfast city centre.

Three teenagers were arrested last night following an attack in Belfast city centre.

An 18-year-old man suffered stab wounds in an attack near the footbridge on the eastern side of the River Lagan at about 8.20pm.

He was taken to hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

Police have appealed for witnesses to contact them.
