In an article by Robert O'Byrne in The Irish Times on July 26th, 2000, under the headline "Morrison and Clarence show how", The Irish Times incorrectly identified Keith Hobbs of United Designers London as the architect for the Clarence Hotel in the refurbishment and extensions carried out five years ago. The architects for this work were CMB Costello Murray Beaumont of Dublin. The Irish Times regrets and wishes to correct its error.
