BOW Street Magistrates' Court in London will today decide whether to extradite Ms Rois in McAliskey to Germany where she is wanted to face trial in connection with the IRA mortar attack on a British army base in Osnabruck last year.
Ms McAliskey, who is not expected to appear in court, intends to appeal if the decision goes against her.
The extradition proceedings had been delayed because of Ms McAliskey's pregnancy. Her four month-old daughter, Loinnir, is still with her at the Maudsley Psychiatric Hospital.
