Tipperary firm Printech Technologies said yesterday it had acquired Irish firm Solas Data for €2.5 million.
Solas has provided sign-making equipment and digital print solutions to the graphics and sign industry in the Republic for the past nine years.
Printech specialises in the service, repair and supply of digital printers.
