Albion - Ms Amy Fisher, who made headlines as the teenage "Long Island Lolita" for shooting her lover's wife, was granted parole yesterday after serving nearly seven years in prison.

Ms Fisher, who was 16 when she was arrested for the 1992 attack on Ms Mary Jo Buttafuoco, has been a prisoner at the Albion Correctional Facility in western New York. While at Albion, she claimed she was raped by prison staff.
