A 19 year old man is due to appear at a special court in Belfast this morning on charges of attempted murder and causing an explosion at Coalisland police station late last month.

The RUC said last night that the man had been admitted to hospital with a gunshot wound on March 26th following an explosion at the police station which resulted in a large hole in the perimeter wall. Shots were fired by the police during the incident.
