Over 1,000 witness statements in a case against a man charged with murdering and civil servant Ms Marilyn Rynn last December 22nd are currently being prepared, a court heard yesterday.
Mr David Lawlor (32), of Edgewood Lawn, Blanchardstown, is charged with murdering and raping Ms Ryan in Tolka Valley Park. He was remanded on continuing bail to February 4th next.
