Real Madrid and Real Sociedad will play the remainder of Sunday's suspended Primera Liga match -about seven minutes in total - on January 5th.

The Bernabeu Stadium was evacuated following a bomb scare with two minutes and 40 seconds of the clash still to play, with the score at 1-1.

Following a meeting with the Spanish FA this morning, the clubs have opted to play the remainder of normal time plus four minutes of injury time.

Real Sociedad president Jose Luis Astiazaran said: "We thought about giving the game as concluded but after talking with the FA we decided there was no precedent for that and the best thing was to play the time that was remaining.
